Where We Deliver

We deliver website orders within Australia only. The checkout accepts Australian delivery addresses and no others.

Delivery is by tracked parcel or road service. Heavy orders may arrive in more than one carton.

Dispatch

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Victorian public holidays, once payment is confirmed. In-stock orders are usually dispatched from Melbourne within 1-2 business days.

A product marked Backorder is not held in stock: we order it from Algodue for you and confirm the expected dispatch date by e-mail before it ships.

Delivery Options and Cost

The checkout offers two services on any order it can price (see the 100 kg limit below). Standard is tracked road or parcel delivery, and takes about 3-7 business days after dispatch depending on your location. Express is tracked priority delivery: next business day after dispatch within eligible metro networks, longer to regional and remote destinations. These times are the carriers' typical performance, not a guarantee.

The charge depends on the total weight of your order and is shown at checkout before you pay, GST included. It starts at $14.95 for Standard and $34.95 for Express on orders up to 500 g, and rises in weight bands to 100 kg. Orders over 100 kg cannot be priced at checkout; contact us for a quote.

Tracking

You receive an e-mail when your order is dispatched. It names the service used and includes a tracking link when the carrier provides one.

Your Address

Please check the delivery address before you pay: the carrier delivers to the address on the order. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or the delivery was not accepted, we will ask you to pay the cost of sending it again.

Damaged or Missing Deliveries

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery, subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your order arrives damaged, keep the packaging, photograph the damage and contact us straight away; if a tracked parcel shows as delivered but has not arrived, tell us and we will take it up with the carrier. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items are handled under the Returns & Refunds Policy.
