These terms apply to the Enpulse website and to every order placed through it. Enpulse is the trading name of Enexus Distribution Pty Ltd (ABN 25 692 297 644) of Melbourne, Australia — “we” and “us” below. By using the website or placing an order you agree to these terms.

You may use the Enpulse website for lawful purposes only, and not in any way that damages or interferes with the site or with anyone else's use of it.
The Enpulse name and this website's text, design and code belong to Enexus Distribution Pty Ltd trading as Enpulse. Algodue product names, images, datasheets and manuals are the property of Algodue Elettronica S.r.l.; we publish them as Algodue's distributor so that you can view and download them for your own use. Do not reproduce or redistribute any of this content commercially without written consent.
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time.
You can check out as a guest, or create an account to see your order history and keep saved addresses. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for what is done under your account.
Give us accurate details and keep them up to date. We may suspend or close an account that is used in breach of these terms.
Every order is subject to availability and to our acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example, when a product is unavailable or a price was listed in error — and if we do, we refund any payment in full.
Product specifications on this site come from the manufacturer's published documents. Where a summary elsewhere on the site differs from the datasheet on the product page, the datasheet applies. If a product you receive differs materially from its description, Section 6 and the Australian Consumer Law apply.
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Payment is taken in full at checkout through our payment provider, Stripe; your card details go to Stripe and are not seen or stored by us. A tax invoice is e-mailed to you once payment is received.
You must be authorised to use the payment method you give. We are not responsible for fees your bank or card issuer charges in connection with a purchase.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of our products, services or website.
Our total liability for any claim under these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service the claim relates to.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement.
Algodue metering instruments include a 12-month warranty from the date of invoice. Enexus Distribution Pty Ltd trading as Enpulse does not offer change-of-mind returns, but faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not-as-described items are handled in line with Australian Consumer Law. An approved refund goes back to the original payment method unless the law requires otherwise. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

We deliver within Australia only, by tracked Standard or Express service. In-stock orders are usually dispatched from Melbourne within 1-2 business days; Standard delivery then takes about 3-7 business days depending on destination, and Express is next business day in eligible metro networks. The shipping charge for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. We are not liable for carrier delays or for events beyond our reasonable control. See the Shipping Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any dispute under them is subject to the courts of Victoria and the Commonwealth courts sitting there.
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
We may update these terms. Changes are posted on this page with a new revision date, and orders are governed by the terms in force when they are placed.
